Buyer can check product validity within 24h from the moment of purchase. This rule allow buyer check product at a convenient time, not immediately. Our store hope buyer will appreciate this opportunity. Product validity check happen within first mail entry and first account entry. If 24h from purchase have passed, no complaints will be considered by our store.

Purchased products are non-returnable. In case of problems with product quality, replacement with another product or refund is possible, at discretion of our store.

In order for the store's support team to successfully verify your order, you must provide data to locate the order and provide specific information about product that needs to be verified.

Our store sell products exclusively for one person.

Products that buyer knowingly or unknowingly damaged - cannot be replaced or refunded. The following will give a few examples of incorrect use. It is impossible to give all examples, as the situation with social networks and other products of our store is constantly changing and in this regard, the judgment on damaged products is at the discretion of our store. Examples: use of VPN, outdated software, lack of up-to-date software, authorization not from a "clean" device.

In case of controversial situations, when  buyer does not agree with the verdict of our store on the replacement of goods, etc., the proof can serve as a non-stop video made by buyer from the moment of purchase and before the problems with product.

If you have deleted product mail or changed data relating to the product, in this case product will not be replaced or refunded.

In case of unavailability of necessary products to be issued for replacement to the buyer, the replacement may be postponed until the nearest replenishment of necessary products in the store or issued in the form of an alternative product/s equivalent to the cost of the product/s to be replaced (at the discretion of the buyer).
